You're absolutely right. Catherine's Mother hadn't asked for your "expertise", Mr. Pete. You weren't called in to assist. The website in question does everything that it must. It's clean, navigates well and functions with purpose. In fact, Pete's e-mail reads like a man torn between poor business marksmanship and the nerve to show off. It's a shame the anonymity of the internet allows people (this guy in particular) to just spurt out crap to total strangers, that they would never be brave enough to say to someones face.
